These modern residences (approx. 1100 square feet) feature a private connected garage, handicap accessible features, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, hot water baseboard heat, telephone and cable TV hookup, access to high speed internet and an emergency call system. One- and two-bedroom designs are available at an affordable lifetime lease.
Living at the Retirement Village gives residents priority to move on to Goodwill’s Assisted Living and Nursing Home when the need arises.

Each of these modern residences (approx. 1,100 square feet) features a private connected garage, handicap accessible features, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, hot water baseboard heat, telephone and cable TV hookup, access to high-speed internet, and an emergency call system.
Retirement Village Rates
Goodwill’s Retirement Village offers a Lifetime Lease to Residents. The entrance fee includes the Lifetime Lease and a fully refundable portion. The amount of the Lifetime Lease and the fully refundable portion vary depending on the age of the Resident. Please call the Retirement Village Manager for details specific to your situation.
A Maintenance Fee, currently $500.00 per month, covers all Building Maintenance, Water, Sewer, Refuse Removal, Lawn Care, Snow Removal, Landscaping, Road Maintenance, Building Insurance, and Property Taxes. Residents are responsible for Electric, Gas, Telephone, and Cable TV charges.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
